“Jatras Web Apps” is a web application created by Jatras. It is a web application for electronic devices that allows Passengers (Riders) to order Cabs/Executive Taxis for accessible, reliable, and secured rides to their desired destination globally.

Jatras recruits competent drivers and provides dynamic training in order to deliver a comfortable ride to all clients. As a profit-oriented firm, it derives revenue from a percentage of all transactions. There is also an opportunity for individuals or corporate bodies to enjoy our franchise plan through legal processing.

Policy Plan

Jatras has several policy plans governing Jatras App Drivers, Shareholders, Franchisees, and Car Owners. These policies are designed to be flexible to allow our clients to benefit from our unrivaled platform.

Drivers Policy

• The driver must be mentally and physically fit.
• The driver must have a minimum of ‘O’ Level qualification.
• The driver must be familiar with the area where they will work.
• The driver must have a valid driver’s license.
• The driver must pass a driving test conducted by our instructor to be certified.
• Any changes to address or details provided during registration must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will be considered a security violation and legal action will be taken.

Approval Policy for Vehicles

• The vehicle must have all legally required documents.
• The vehicle must be in good shape and condition.
• The vehicle must have airbags, air conditioning, a CD player, and other comfort features.
• The vehicle must be insured.
• Jatras will not be responsible for any vehicle damages.

Franchise Policy Plan

• The Franchisee will secure office space within the allocated territory, which will serve as a Jatras branch. No other business activities are allowed there.
• The Franchisee must provide equipment and training space. The Franchisor will send trainers and setup engineers, whose accommodation and hospitality will be the responsibility of the Franchisee.
• Franchisees cannot run advertisements without the Franchisor’s consent. All advertising must be approved.
• The Franchisee must pay a royalty fee upon purchasing franchise rights.
• The Franchisor will provide an operational manual.
• The Franchisee will only have access to the database of their assigned territory and cannot use it externally without the Franchisor’s approval.
• Franchise setup fees will be provided on request.

Car Owners Policy

• Limited opportunities exist for car owners and investors to partner and profit through Jatras.
• Cars must have all legal documents and be in good condition with comfort features for riders.
• Profit-sharing percentages among Car Owners, Drivers, and Jatras will be discussed upon request.
• Car owners are not allowed to place advertisements or products on their cars during the contract period.
• Advertisers and media partners may promote their brands on the application for an affordable price.
